The clay tunnel also, known as the sculpture tunnel is an exciting and strange park that has many sculptures and art works made from nothing but red clay and basalt.
This park is the brainchild of Trinh Ba Dung, a businessman from Ho Chi Minh City who undertook this project. He got the park built in 2010 near the Tuyen Lam lake.

The entire clay tunnel depicts the history of Dalat city. At the start of the tunnel there is portrayal of wilderness, forests, animals, waterfalls.
This slowly morphs into the industrial and architectural developments like building of churches, automobiles, libraries etc.

The clay tunnel follows a laid-out path all the way from entry to the exit. There are signs placed everywhere which tell you where to go.

One of the strangest and most interesting parks we have ever seen in our entire Vietnam Journey. Visit the covid 19 park, an educational park, to create awareness about germs and staying safe. The depiction of germs at this park is super fun.
