There are 2 time slots in between where the ferries depart after an hour instead of half hour. You can find the full time table at the Ultramar ferry office at the Cancun port.
You can reach the port called Puerto Juarez by taking the R6 Collectivo van from downtown Cancun.
If you’re staying in the Hotel Zone, take an R1 or R2 bus to downtown Cancun.
Then walk 5 minutes from the main ADO bus station to catch the R6 Collectivo which will take you to the ferry terminal.
